21 hertz is a swedish/french trip-hop group who formed in 2002 and released their first and only album in 2005 called "ocean of time". it is truly a gem of slow beats and glowing melancholic melodies that was unfortunately overlooked due to a lack of promotion. this album is up there in the league with groups such as mono, bows, and crustation. music for warm summer nights in the city.
